These terms apply to the Lobbystrike website and game. By playing or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Lobbystrike is a free browser game. It is provided as it is: features, maps, modes and balance change, servers restart and progress can be reset when the game needs it. There is no guarantee that the game will always be available or free of faults.

Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in. You are responsible for what happens on your account. A guest account lives in one browser, so clearing that browser's data can lose it; sign in if you want to keep your progress across devices.

Fair play and conduct

So that the game stays worth playing for everyone, you agree not to:

• use cheats, aim assistance, bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits, or interfere with the servers or with other players' connections;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat, names or pictures;
• pretend to be another player, a moderator or a member of the Lobbystrike team;
• copy, resell or republish the game or its assets, or use the game to advertise without permission.

Names and pictures you provide

You keep the rights to what you upload. You confirm that you are allowed to use it, and you give Lobbystrike permission to store it and show it in the game to other players. Names and pictures that break these terms can be changed or removed.

Moderation

Players can report each other in the game. To keep the game fair and safe, an account can be muted, renamed, suspended or banned, and content can be removed, where these terms are broken.

Ownership

The Lobbystrike name, logo, website and game belong to their owner, and third-party assets are used under their own licences. Other games and companies named on this website, for example in comparison articles, belong to their own owners; Lobbystrike is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lobbystrike is provided without warranties of any kind and its makers are not liable for lost progress, interruptions or other loss arising from use of the game or the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what data the game and the website collect and how it is used.

Changes

These terms can be updated as the game changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
